7-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, the product must:
Be unused and in its original condition.
Be returned in the original packaging with all tags, accessories, manuals, and invoices.
Show no signs of wear, scratches, damage, or use.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the product meets our return eligibility requirements.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

The customer is responsible for ensuring the item is securely packaged for return. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Original Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Only the purchase price of the returned product will be refunded after the return has been received and approved.

Refund Process

Once your return is received, our team will inspect the product.

If the return is approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
    If the returned item does not meet our return conditions, it may be returned to you at your expense.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue
    Our support team will review your request and offer a suitable resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns and refunds will not be accepted if:

  • The return request is made more than 7 days after delivery.
  • The product has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
  • Original packaging, tags, accessories, or documentation are missing.
  • The product has scratches, dents, stains, wheel wear, or any other signs of use.

No Returns After 7 Days

After 7 days from the date of delivery, no return, exchange, or refund requests will be accepted except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
